Simon Young, NZ General Manager, M.Phil., M.Sc., BBS	Proven electricity market executive and director based in New Zealand. Former Managing Director of Alliant Energy New Zealand, partner with Infratil. Fifteen years experience in electricity markets. Founding Managing Director of Empower. Holds an M.Phil (Econ) from Auckland University, an M.Sc. from Cal Poly, and a BBS from Massey University.
Kevin Johnson, NZ General Manager Projects, MBA, P.Eng.	Seasoned New Zealand gas market executive and director. Former CEO Enerco NZ Ltd – listed gas utility. Managing Director/owner, oil and gas exploration and production company. Accredited Director with more than 10 years experience in the gas industry.
Barry McNeil, Chief Financial Officer	More than 20 years experience in the corporate accounting field for public companies in the resource industry sector. Experience also extends to the mining equipment and lumber industries both domestically and internationally. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors of public companies in the resource industry sector.
Blair Johnson, NZ Manager Business Development	Finance and Business Development expertise with an exceptional track record of managing operational risk in highly regulated industries. Holds Bachelor of Management Studies with Honors in Accounting and Marketing. Prior to joining OHL, CFO for TAG Oil and Finance Director for Bridge Petroleum Limited (NZ).
